    HI
does anyone know where CD stands with taking fish oil and glucosamine supplements? I hurt my knee four days after starting CD and have been taking these and painkillers. I know that the codeine makes me retain fluids but will the other stuff affect me? I don't get around too quick either and was hoping to get back to walking and dance class but it grinds too much (sorry probably too much info). Anyway I'd be grateful if anyone knows the answer Or a good healer????

I was wondering about glucosamine too.
I was thinking of taking it as i have knee & wrist pain & thought that glucosamine might help.

I have to take both due to a medical condition and I have had no problems with the diet in 7 months

Thanks for that SoontobeGorgeous You have done an awe inspiring job so far you must be so proud of yourself. I will keep taking them then they do seem to be helping but my weight loss doesn't seem to be happening as quick as everyone else, and yes I know we're all different. I think my body likes to hang on tight to ugly fat lol

Hey. You're doing fabulously! Over a stone in 3 weeks

Try not to compare. My weight wasn't the fastest to go, but still got there in the end :)

Not sure about the fish oil and glucosamine I'm afraid.

Thanks for the post on my slideshow - that was lovely!

Regardless of what Cambridge say I HAVE to take both the glucosamine and the omega 3 fishoil - they are medically prescribed for me by the Rheumatologist
