i used to make low fat greek yoghurt, and the options mixed with a low fat digestive biscuit crushed, it was in one of my old slimming world magazines.
 
Haha! I did this yesterday morning.. I used Quark, belgian choc options, and loadsa blueberries - VERY nice! :D
