Hi everyone,
Sorry to bother you all, i've been doing slimming world since Monday. I have only been having red and green days, as thats what i've got my head around really lol
Can some one explain to me extra easy?
What i think i know is that you have 1 HEXA and 1 HEXB.
But you can eat what you can on green? so potato and pasta? and same on red, so meat etc.
Is there limited amounts of it?
Sorry, i am blonde after all?
I only have a few books and try to search online, but i must be looking at the wrong thing.
