Hi everyone,

Sorry to bother you all, i've been doing slimming world since Monday. I have only been having red and green days, as thats what i've got my head around really lol

Can some one explain to me extra easy?

What i think i know is that you have 1 HEXA and 1 HEXB.

But you can eat what you can on green? so potato and pasta? and same on red, so meat etc.

Is there limited amounts of it?

Sorry, i am blonde after all?

I only have a few books and try to search online, but i must be looking at the wrong thing.

Yeah, that's right, you can have as much of the potatoes, meat etc that you want but one third of your plate at every meal MUST be Superfree, and you must try to choose superfree between meals if you can. And you're only allowed one of each Healthy Extra.

Any foods that are free on green are free on EE
Any foods that are free on red are free on EE
One third of each meal should be superfree fruit and/or vegetables (exc potatoes, parsnips, peas and sweetcorn)
1 x HEa
1 x HEb
5-15 syns a day
Try and make superfree foods your first choice for snacks

Hi all, I could be wrong but I thought if you were doing the original & green plans you get 1 or 2 HEA and 2 HEB per day, EE being one of each??
