    I thought I'd start posting my food diary in here, as you can see from my weight loss in my new group I seem to lose a lot, gain a little, lose a lot and so on, I'd like to stabilise a little! My WI is on a Monday evening (after the weekend - groan!)

    I'm a fish eating veggie, and have been experimenting with EE days as well as my green. I've also started walking more, and plan to join a gym in the new year when the special offers come back!

    Food Diary Tuesday 8th December Extra Easy

    Breakfast:
    Bowl of raspberries, grapes, chopped apricots with an Activia fat free yogurt. - All Free

    Lunch:
    4 x Ryvita Dark Rye (HEX B) with very low fat cottage cheese, Quorn ham, a tin of mackerel to nibble on the side, some mango and an apple - Free

    Dinner:
    Quorn curry with added sweetcorn, rice - Free
    Mini twister lolly - 2.5 syns
    Glass of wine - 142ml - 5 syns
    2 x After Eight mints - 2 syns each

    HEX A - 250ml semi skimmed milk

    Total syns - 9.5

    Wednesday 9th December Green day

    Breakfast:
    Bowl of pineapple, apricot. Free

    Lunch:
    Leftover quorn curry with rice. Free

    Afternoon snack: Hifi Bar, 3 x babybel lights HEXA HEXB

    Dinner:
    Melon and grapes, another Hifi bar (HEXB), apple

    Syns:
    2 x vodka and diet cokes 2.5syns each
    1 x Ryvita dark rye with 1 x laughing cow Extra light cheese and jalepenos - 2.5 syns
    2 X Babybel light - 2 syns each

    Total syns - 11.5

    I went to see Abba: The Show last night so had a bit of a rubbish tea as I had to run from the office, and then had a cheese snack attack when I got in.

    All in all a pretty rubbish lazy day of eating, but I'm at home tonight so will be eating a proper meal - I'm actually craving some nicely cooked vegetables! Bring on the brocolli! :D

    Wednesday 10th December - Extra Easy

    Breakfast
    2 boiled eggs, banana - Free

    Lunch
    Sweetcorn and chilli soup, 2 x dark rye Ryvita (HEXB) with Quorn ham, an apricot, can of mackerel - Free

    Dinner
    Jacket potato mixed with 42g reduced fat cheddar (HEXA), onion, very low fat fromage frais and leftover chopped up Quorn ham, with a Quorn fillet in a tomato, pepper and chilli sauce with sweetcorn - Free
    Mini Twister lolly - 2.5 syns

    Options hot choc with 2 tbsp semi skimmed milk, 35ml Baileys and 4 tbsp squirty cream - 8.5syns - but SO worth it! :D

    Total syns - 11

    Yesterday was pretty good, though I'm still feeling a bit rough and haven't been doing any extra walking this week - eep!
