On Friday night I had a sandwich because i had to go out for a couple of glasses of wine and now Monday morning I am +2lb?!?!
Just want to cry been 100% apart from that and that was days ago now :'(
 
The carbs in the bread and wine would be enough to bring you out of ketosis as you know and because your glycogen stores were depleted the carbs would act like a sponge and over fill your glycogen store...

If you have been good on Saturday and Sunday it is most lightly you will have it off by tomorrow as it is mainly water.
 
Dont beat yourself up! What is done is done, go from here. The way this diet works is that this last temporary gain will disappear in no time. Don't waste any more energy looking back, just focus on weight loss to come.
Drinking wine is just like drinking a large glass of pure sugar - I know! It was a regular part of my past life. When I had a drink I also lost any sense so would eat the usual rubbish too. I would never drink a glass of sugar but I did - frequently!
I believed wrongly that I could not go out, could not relax and could not socialise and have fun without it - but I was totally wrong! I can do all of those things and throw away oversized clothes too.
Its was like a crutch - I thought I had to have wine, but infact it was my own set of rules - just in my head - I didn't have to at all.
