Evening weigh in's

When I have my weigh in at lunch time at work I tend to eat more veg based things like fruit/salad etc before hand so that its mostly just water and I can go for a wee before I weigh in :eek:

I would say try to avoid "heavy" foods like pasta

I just eat normal which is usually yogurt and fruit for breakfast, baked tattie with tuna for lunch and a cup of tea. But i don't eat anything between lunchtime and weigh in at half 6

I tend to have my usual of a grapefruit & Yoghurt in the morning and try to have a salad or something light for lunch and then have a big pasta dish when i get back from the group at about seven.
