Hi all, just wondered if you have your weigh in, in the evening what do you eat throughout that day and if you think it affects your weight on your weigh in?
When I have my weigh in at lunch time at work I tend to eat more veg based things like fruit/salad etc before hand so that its mostly just water and I can go for a wee before I weigh in
I just eat normal which is usually yogurt and fruit for breakfast, baked tattie with tuna for lunch and a cup of tea. But i don't eat anything between lunchtime and weigh in at half 6
I tend to have my usual of a grapefruit & Yoghurt in the morning and try to have a salad or something light for lunch and then have a big pasta dish when i get back from the group at about seven.
