Hi all,
I did Weight Watchers 5 years ago when I was at uni and managed to lose about 3 stone. Since then I've put on about 5 and a half stone, bringing me all the way up to 20st4lb.
My main motivation is that I'm now a teacher and by piling on the weight, I really don't feel like a good example for my students. I want to get to a point where they make healthier choices after seeing my success.
I'm surrounded by people losing weight (a friend from uni has lost I think 8st on SW) so it's high time I joined the ranks!
So far, it's been fairly easy, far simpler than WW. It's also nice to see far more men at the meetings. I have my first weigh in on Monday so we shall see!
