everything I eat diary of motivation

    Well after staying the same this week Im sure I must be eating too much.
    I will keep a diary of everything I eat and hopefully someone will read and let me know where Im going wrong.
    Starting yesterday I had:
    Breakfast - cherry muller light yogurt and a banana.
    Lunch - salad and two thin slices of ham and HEA cheese, toffee yogurt and 2 satsumas.
    Dinner - turkey meatballs in tomato sauce with spaghetti and a side salad. Melon and grapes.
    Snacks/syns - apple, slice wholemeal toast (HEB) curly wurly, 2 thornton chocolates.
    Drinks - 6 coffee and 8 water.

    Maybe that's just too much.

    Well today I had:
    Breakfast: weetabix (HEB), banana and milk (HEA).
    Lunch: ham salad and strawberry muller light yogurt
    Dinner: chicken, onion, pepper and mushroom kebab with potato wedges and salad.
    Snacks/syns: 2 curly wurly, 2 satsumas and an apple.
    Drinks: 6 black coffee, can diet coke and 6 glasses water.
    Written down it does seem like a lot but how much is too much.

    Thanks for your replies. Its good to know that its looking ok and will put syn value down as that's a great idea.

    Today:
    Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB) with banana and milk (HEA)
    Lunch: vegetable soup made with all superfree food and raspberry muller light yogurt.
    Dinner: chicken and mushroom pie (mashed potato top not pastry) with spinach and steam bag of mixed veg.

    Snacks/syns: 2 satsuma, apple, flake (8.5 syns) plus will have options got chocolate later (2 syns)

    Drinks: 4 coffee and 9 glasses water.

    Oops didn't keep the diary up very well.
    Have had a awful weekend followed by two bad days at work.
    On the food side I didn't eat much on Saturday, missed breakfast had an orange for lunch and left overs for dinner but did have loads of veg. Didn't have either HE and had a very large glass of wine using syns.
    Sunday I missed breakfast again and had a banana for lunch. Had a beef stew and rice with lots of veg for dinner. Had some milk and no HEB again.
    Yesterday I had weetabix and milk with a banana for breakfast, ham salad for lunch and left over stew for dinner. Had fruit for snacks but lots of it.
    Today yogurt and banana for breakfast, salad for lunch and lasagna and salad for dinner.
    Used cheese on lasagna as HEA but no HEB again. Fruit for snacks again. Had a white hot chocolate this evening using just 2 syns.
    Hopefully a visit to Harvester tomorrow will not be too bad although it will be after weigh in.

    Dinner: chicken, salad, jacket potato with sour cream and peas at Harvester. Plus a roll.
    Snacks/syns: 2 satsumas, some berries and an apple, white roll (9) and sour cream (think this was a dip so am syning at 4). Total 13 syns.
    Drinks: 4 black coffee, glass diet coke and 6 glasses water.

    Dinner: quorn lasagna with salad and strawberries for desert.
    Snacks/syns: 2 satsumas, some berries and an apple, curly wurly (6 syns) and option white chocolate hot chocolate (2)
    Total 8 syns.
    Drinks: 5 black coffee and 6 glasses water.

    Another good day I think.

    Your diaries look ideal just keep variety in mind. I have to mix up my meals all the time to keep the losses coming even breakfast n lunch. Good luck xx

    Thanks for the advice. I do mix up evening meals but find it hard at lunch finding things to eat that i can take to work that require little effort and the microwave is rubbish.
    Will have a think over weekend and see if I can plan some new things.
    Breakfast is another easy option but will also try with that. Too late for today though lol.

    You could cook some savoury rice night before and eat it cold with salad and some chicken? Or i like to get a smoked salmon fillet from aldis or smoked mackeral and mix it with rice so yummy, or them batcherors deli boxs just add hot water there good for a quick lunch with some fruit

    Hi. Thanks. The savory rice sounds good and I will have to look out for the deli boxes. Anything easy helps lol.
    Tomorrow I may have a change as Im home and can do some cooking.

    Today or technically yesterday I had:

    Brunch - bacon, egg, mushrooms, beans and smash with a slice of wholemeal bread (HEB) and butter.
    Dinner - stir fried veg with some soy sauce. Muller light vanilla yogurt.
    Snacks/syns - some grapes, banana and butter (about 6 syns as son buttered bread!)
    Drinks - 4 coffee and 8 water.

    Breakfast - scrambled egg, mushrooms and a slice of wholemeal toast (HEB).
    Lunch - toffee yogurt, melon selection and a banana.
    Dinner - roasted veg with extra carrot and broccoli and roast chicken with gravy.
    Snacks/syns - no snacks as yet but gravy (1.5) and oil (6) used in dinner.
    Drinks - 2 coffee and 8 water.
    Will also be having a hot chocolate later for another 2 syns. Oh and will use milk for my HEA.
