Ewwww, feeling sick after yesterday

I posted yesterday that I come off the rails and ate like a pig, I'm really paying the price today as I feel quite sick and struggled to have my first shake this morning. I've only had 1 shake so far as I'm simply not hungry and can't face eating another one.

I've put on 1lb, which isn' too bad, but wanted to check whether the scales are likely to increase any further? I'm aware that if we eat, the extra weight comes from water and glycogen, but wondered whether this will come on over the next few dyas, or whether the damage has already been done?

Thanks for any info,

Simple answer is to ignore the scales. It will only serve to make you feel worse.

Its doubtful any more gain will show now, but you can never be sure.

Remember how you feel now and apply those memories next time you feel like falling off the wagon. Thats the best advice I can give you both.

Drink lots of water and stay on your packs. Don't miss any and look forward to losing weight when your CDC sees you.

yes, its horrid that feeling isnt it?! I experienced it for the first time this weekend. Its actually put me off eating some things, just thinking about how nasty it made me feel... maybe we should see it as some kind of blessing in disguise :)

Thanks All,

Not planning on doing that again in a rush - just hope I can keep my mouth shut next time.
