Exante Bar v Slim Fast High Protein Bar?

I've just seen the high protein slim fast bar in Superdrug and the sugar content is slightly lower (1.1g) lower than the exante bar and the Slim Fast bar is 9g's heavy!! Also the fat seems to be the same. Surely this won't knock me out of ketosis as all I ever hear is people saying slim fast bars will knock you out of keto because of the high sugar content!

Let us know how it goes :) and obviously if they are yummy lol ;)

They taste amazing! Superdrug have a 3 for 2 offer on, there are 4 bars in each pack. So they work out at around 94p per bar! I'd recommend the chocolate ones...yoummy!!

Might have to get some for when I am coming off the diet then, might make a good breakfast :)

I don't see why they would. I used to buy high protein bars when I was doing Lipotrim and they never knocked me out of ketosis. Think I might get some slim fast bars then at least if I'm on the go can grab them from shop :)
