Also help guys how do you guys/girls have your weightloss bars in your signatures that show your progress.
 
Hi InNeedOfHelp,

If you go to www.tickerfactory.com you can choose the design you want. Once you have done this, it will ask your starting weight, target weight and so on. Fill this stuff in and you get a page that says you have configured your ticker. Further down this page you will see two different formats, either bbCode or HTML. You need to copy the code in the bbCode box and paste it into your Minimins signature.

Hi all - I've been reading all the posts and I am inspired to do something!! Have decided to to try Exante in the hope of losing a good couple of stone for Christmas - currently 12st 12lb. Just ordered their bumper pack. Hope it is ok. Have tried every diet known to man - no problems getting the weight off....It's just the keeping it off I struggle with! Anyway, any hints or tips are welcome.
