exante drink mix

Hi was wondering if anyone here knows how much of the exante drink mix we are allowed each day, on the CD diet you were only allowed 1 teaspoon i think,

1 teaspoon? Reallly? I drink my full 3 litres a day with cd flavourings - oops lol x

I have two teaspoons a day, and hubby has three and it hasn't affected us in anyway.

I looked for the answer to this Q on the exante website last night but couldn't find it. I've just been using 1 teaspoon a day as it's a bit carbier than the CD one. X
