Hiya, yes the time slot is somewhere between 3 and 4 today. Had a feeling it wouldn't be this morning, had my heart set on starting today so hoping the slimfast will be fine to keep me going till then.. Xx

Mine arrived early - the link said my hour slot would be between 2-3pm, and it arrived at 11!

I've just completed my first week. They're pretty tasty actually. Haven't found any flavours I don't like yet. Think my favourites are strawberry shakes, and the vegetable and mushroom soups. I also like both the bars though.

lol, I never got any email notification about the time n mine was delivered after 5. My fav is the vanilla with coffee
