Exante website problems so may order slim and save for first supply!

I have decided to start VLCD next week, was hoping to place my order with exante but I have been trying (with no success) to log on to the site for almost 3 hrs! I have given up now and have tried everything customer care said to do, nada... Read another thread on here, and someone has ordered similar products from slim&save, I may just order some myself, even just a week until I can solve my exante problem! Did anyone have similar probs with exante>? Really want to get started and lose some serious pounds!

If you want to do Exante dont let a problem like that put you off. Have you asked Customer Services to order for you? Im sure if they think theyre going to lose a customer theyll help out x

I do really want to use exante and stick to the same products, I don't think mixing up is the best idea as the balance of vit/mins might not be quite right. But I have been trying, customer care have emailed me, the lady was very helpful, but I am still having the exact same thing happening. I was hoping for monday start, hence thinking of ordering from elsewhere for now then next week keep trying exante, she said they can't place and order over phone for me, has to be website.
