Day 1 and i tried the chicken soup and vanilla shake,i think they taste better than the cambridege diet shakes.
How do i get one of those weight trackers i think they are cool.
Good luck to all on exante and wish me luck, any tips or advice welcomed.

Hello and welcome! Like you I have done CD as well and now on Exante. I think Exante products are much nicer - thicker, creamier, tastier and fill you up for longer!!!

As for the tracker, there is a link somewhere on this site, I dont know it off by heart unfortunately - but someone will be along who knows!

Meanwhile if you go onto user CP you get edit your details and they will come up on the side then!
