Hello!
Ive started exante today (tried before but not lasted long) and hoping to shift a bit of weight! I’m hoping to lose some weight to feel confident in my own body again. Really feel ashamed of how much weight I’ve put on the last few years but especially over the last year.

Hoping if I write on here each day it will motivate me to stay on track and be accountable. I hope that’s ok?

Day 1
Vanilla and almond shake
Cinnamon shake
Chicken veggies and a bit of gravy
Carrot cat bar

Also had a couple of coffees with skimmed milk, and extra water throughout the day.

Fingers crossed for another day on plan tomorrow!

Hi, good luck with the plan. I'm doing a VLCD too but using Slim & Save this time. How you getting on with day 2?

I’m getting there! @Susie58 im not a quick loser but I feel determined to stick to something for once.
I heard on Monday it’s 12 weeks to June 21st so that gave me some motivation!
