Excercise points

Sorry if its already been asked but how can I find out how many points I can gain from excercising?

I do the wii fit all the time and want to start swimming and may be doing classes.

I think what I am going to do is spend my excercise points at the weekends rather than over indulge on the my excercise days....
 
Hi this is my opinion only but as you have just started the plan why not ,not use your AP and speed up your weightloss,just have 0 point things to fill you up,then when you get nearer goal use your AP then as your be on much lower points?

Other than that I would think wii fit is a low exercise and Im not sure what it would be I expect someone else will come along soon
