hey guys..!

justy a quick question..

how much excercise do you all do thru the week..?

i dont have time for gym as i work shifts and also have my little girl, but am planning to go swimming once a week, i have cross trainer at home so will use that.. and also callentetics as this is good for toning the skin..!

will i have enough energy to excercise if am not eating much..?

I do the gym 3-4 times a week now, for about an hour each time. At the moment I'm doing:

20 mins on bike then
15 reps dumbbell press
12 reps dumbbell curls
15 reps leg press
12 reps rear deltoid fly
15 reps chest fly
10 reps concentration curls
15 reps rowing (dunno what it's called)

15 minutes treadmill then
repeat weight exercises

Then I'm going over my hour for lunch and I have to make the time up lol. I'm wanting to increase my treadmill to 20 mins today, so I'm going to buy some dumbbells and do the dumbbell exercises at home I think.

I'm guessing you're SS'ing? The general advice on here is to go carefully with exercise...
