Excersize..

M on week 4 off ss & really missing my dancing .. Anyone do excersize & still get the results they want??x

I'm on week 4 too I weigh in today I've had an off week though so my results wont prove anything but I've excersised from wk 2 and been ok with my losses at the end of the day your scales may not show loss but doesn't mean you won't be coming more fit, toned and loosing inches! Take it steady at first listen to your body and if your not happy with not loosing while doing excersise then stop :) xx

Ah lovely I will do that then I have been doing light excersize but want to up it I'm already seeing a big difference n feeling a lot better when I excersise xxxx
