I'm on week 4 too I weigh in today I've had an off week though so my results wont prove anything but I've excersised from wk 2 and been ok with my losses at the end of the day your scales may not show loss but doesn't mean you won't be coming more fit, toned and loosing inches! Take it steady at first listen to your body and if your not happy with not loosing while doing excersise then stop
