Exercise along side slimming world HELP!!!

Ive got my food diary (on my sugnature if u want to visit) ur right suppose i should add my steps to that really. Its just that i started on this thread so continued. Just done 10 mins on cross trainer and 10 mins on treadmill. Got to get out the house today. Been stuck in with sick child but she went back today. Hooray!!!
I know I pribably sound stupid but what is HIIT?

Ofcorse it is. Feel dumb now... are you enjoying it? Do you do it in a class or alone. Ive got ti work on my thighs might have to look into it.
Been to a country park and walked around for 9 miles feeling quite energetic at the moment. I dont know how ill b tonight! Out like a light hopefully. :)

I do a HIIT class called metafit, it's done in 30mins And is all just body weight exercises like squats, press ups, burpees, etc. I like it and it's really made a difference to my figure and I think it's helped me not have as much loose skin as I might have had.
