Exercise help!

Hi everyone, could really do with your advice. I hurt my back last Sunday and bruised my kidneys, I have been on painkillers since then and maintained during weigh in yesterday. I am also on star week so can't go swimming. Can any of you recommend any exercise for me? I was supposed to be running on Saturday but that is not going to be happening as can barely walk a mile without being in pain. Thanks for your help XXX
 
Maybe you just need to rest a while if your back is hurting that much. Keep on plan with the food and get yourself netter. May do more harm than good if you try to push yourself too much.
 
I agree with above, I'd hold off just now. You use your back and side muscles during most exercises...so give yourself some time to recuperate, then once you are GO FOR IT! :) xx
 
I would definitely rest until you are not in pain, you could do more harm than good if you exercise with an injury.

Hope you have a speedy recovery.
