exercise in first week???

this is probably a stupid question but im starting tomorrow and just wondering about exercise. i have joined a gym and attend boot camp classes and was wondering if its ok to do this in the first week?? i just dont want to pass out at boot camp lol xx
 
Listen to your body as you will be adjusting and can get dizzy easily. It is not generally recomended in the first few weeks but go for it and know when you have had enough for one day
