Exercise.. My first attempt at a 10k! You can do it!

So, just short of 3 months ago, I was 5 stone heavier. I was a 42" waist, and now wear a comfy 34"!!!
I couldn't run for even a minute, and during that minute my knees and back hurt really badly.

Over the course of the last 3 months i stuck to SS religiously. And started running 3 weeks in to the diet.. The more I lost, the more i could run.

Today I attempted to run my first 10k on my own. I did it, in under 55 minutes. Now, that's no record, but for someone that couldn't run for 1 minute before I am so proud!

I highly recommend this diet to anyone wanting to loose some weight, and when it gets tough, KEEP going, being on this diet can be hard, but so is being fat!

Im now on step 2 and still loosing.

YOU CAN DO THIS! YOU can loose weight on this diet, you just need to be 100% and if you fall off, get back on!
 
Well done to you! I'm hoping to start running soon, I've always wanted to run & now I'm getting lighter I feel more confident to start... You're an inspiration, well done x
 
Go do it, grab some old trainers and you will love it! :)
