Hi Jo. Well done - sounds like you're doing great for day 4! I'm only on day 3 and feeling hungry a slightly weak.. so I can't give you an answer. I've heard you're only supposed to do light exercise for the first week or 2.. but fair play to u if u think you might have the energy for it!! Just getting myself to the toilet every 20 mins is all the exercise i'm able for today! :D
