Exercise on the CD diet

    Hi,

    I've been doing the CD diet for six weeks now and have reached rock bottom and finding it hard to get back into the diet.

    My first two weeks where great lost 10 pounds but since have only lost 3 pounds after the the third week became really de-motivated.

    I am now at the point where I've realised I just need to strictly follow the diet. I would like to know when do most ppl start exercising at the gym?

    I'm on week 13 and after losing 7lbs in my first week my weight loss slowed down to between 0-3lbs per week. Haven't been going to the gym much at all. I am reckoning on starting back at the gym this weekend to try and speed my weight losses.

    I have just started working out at home with my Tae Bo and Walk away the pounds dvds. My losses have slowwed for a couple of reasons, but I am hoping the exercising will in itself motivate me to do better Cambridge wise.

    I found my losses slowed down when I was only drinking the minimum recommended amount of water. try increasing your water intake, that might help.
