the general consensus is that toning is the best thing for you on LT - but more an more people are doing cardio on here without it seeming to affect their weight loss.

the key is to do what is right for you, i do yoga and wii fit but i get very dizzy very easily so have to take lots of breathers!

whatever makes you feel good - just remember if you are going to be exercising to drink more water! xxx

As Sarah says do what you feel comfortable with. But, yes, just watch the dizzy spells. Dont overdo it, only for the fact you are putting your body through a lot with not having many calories; dont torture yourself, But if you are enjoying it! Go for it.
