Exercise Wipe Out?

Hello All!

I was wondering what everyone does after a particularly heavy workout? I did 10K today, and although I physically feel okay (did lots of stretching afterwards) I just have ZERO energy. All I can do is slump in my chair, browse the internet, and comment on here! Do you think I should make more of an effort to be a bit physically active after a heavy workout (like a walk?), or is it my body telling me to rest?
 
Ha Ha Ha, I'm glad you said that. Yes! Got to exercise those fingers. Fingers are a vital part of any workout!

i rest, or i do an exercise class i take it easy- all low impact :)
