hi ya

literally just had this conversation with my CDC - any gentle /light exercise is fine as long as it isnt aerobic activity.

i guess if you just did short reps of about 5 -10 mins at a time at a slow pace and your not making your heart race or get out of breath you will be ok.

I asked my CDC about this and she said that provided you don't get out of breath its ok but to concentrate on toning/ weights rather than cardio (running, rowing etc).

Am going to follow her advice as I want to make sure I don't lose muscle mass and hopefully I can try and avoid the saggy skin as well!
