hello im doing a 10k race for life in june and i need to get training will i be able to now that ive started this diet? i was thinking of leaving it till id done a week then get going. ehat do people think? do other people exercise?
Have a search online for the couch to 5k plan which gives a program of 3 workouts over 9 weeks, if your a bit more in shape than a couch potato you can probably pick it up a bit further along.
