Exercise??

Hello, just wondering if any of you do any exercise along with the plan and what you do, how many times a week or how long for?

Does the plan work for you WITHOUT any kind of exercise?

Yes - the plan does work without exercise.
 
Yes SW does work without the exercise but it is recommend as obviously exercise is great for you!

I've always been into workouts, I like high intensity & love my Jillian Michaels dvds. They're 20-40minutes & I do them 4/5 times a week.

It's about what works for you & what you're comfortable with doing.

I started SW recently then fell ill so couldn't exercise. I still lost though, not as much as I would have done with my usual running, however, so yes the plan works without exercise. x
 
Yes still works without, I walk nearly every day with the pram and that keeps me moving. Ive also ordered the 30 day shred dvd, i even sold my car so I had to walk everywhere! :) x
 
I try to go to the gym twice a week and i used to do kettlebell workouts (check the kettlebell thread in the exercise section) which are great.
