Exercise!!

Heya!!

Only on day 2 but have a massive urge to exercise so when i go to my first weigh in i dont feel disappointed,

How much exercise does everyone do and what is your outcome?

Hey Helen, trust me you're not going to be disappointed with your 1st weigh in. Week one for everybody usually is a huge loss (remember its mainly water so important to continue)

I'd take it easy with the exercise to start with, maybe a light walk? Your body is going into shock at the moment, give it a while to adjust.

Don't forget your only taking in 480 calories a day, an hours walk burns about 350 calories so mind yourself and if u feel sick, dizzy or faint then stop. Wait a couple of weeks till your body's adjusted before you go to mad!
