Exercise?

Hi Girls,

I was just wondering.. what kind of exercise do you do with CD? I am really rubbish in terms of exercise. Haven't seen the inside of a gym in years lol. But obviously I am determined to do whatever it takes to succeed in this diet.

What do you do? Or what should we be doing?

Hiya

I'm not much use hun as I've done nowt but I know lots of people have done all sorts. The important thing is to build up very slowly especially whilst on SS and if you aren't used to exercising.

Ooooh building up slowly sounds good to me hehe x is it not completely neccasary to exercise then?

I Don`t Think Its Necessary To Exercise On Cd But I Do.i Go To The Gym 5 Mornings A Week And Do 45 Mins On The Treadmill,and Half An Hr Toning.i Also Do 2 60 Minute Boxercise Classes A Week,as Like You I Am Determined To Lose As Much As I Can.it`s Starting To Pay Off As I`ve Just Measured Myself And I`ve Lost 19.5 Inches In A Week And A Half.you Do Whatever You Feel Comfortable Doing,it Takes Your Body A Little While To Adjust To So Little Calories,but You Will Know When Your Body Has Had Enough.best Of Luck To You,

I start CD Monday but have just bought a cross trainer off ebay.

I used to go to the gym 4-5 times a week but can't anymore because of having a baby and DH works nights. Just build slowly is the key!
