Hi, Im going to start this pro points diet next week, Im currently on the old weight watcher points. Is this diet better than the old one because the points in food seem alot higher than the old diet.

Also how and when do I use the extra 49 points I can have, dont quite understand, help please. Thank you:)

I did the last ww plan too and changed to pro points. I found with old I lost pounds quicker, but I left due to a death in the family, and gained weight. I feel with pro points everything is worked out differently but better you get more daily points. You can use the weeklies anyway ya want some people use some a day, some save them for a night out, some use half some none. So depends on the person! If I were you I'd try it. It's more realistic to keep at forever, I believe. Whatever you decide best of luck :)

You can use them anyway you like. Use them all, half or even none, entirely upto you. Some people save them and use them for the weekend if they go out for drinks or food. Hth and good luck with the plan.
