I have been following the extra easy plan but have only today started to fill in my online food diary, As i was filling in a few things i noticed the colour of the foods were not all coming up as orange, does this mean i have not been following extra easy properly?
If I give you a quick breakdown of what I had today if someone could let me know if it sounds like ive done extra easy properly that would be great!
Right here goes:
Breakfast - Bran Flakes 35g (HE B) and Milk (HE A) and a Banana
Snack - Muller light banana and custard yoghurt
Lunch - 2 poached eggs, ham (no fat) and 1 low fat quorn sausage
Dinner - Spag Bol made with low fat beef mince, chopped tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, Oxo cube and Spaghetti (no fat added at all)
Syns - 2 petit filous yoghurts (3), 3 rich tea biscuits (6) Cadbury Fudge (5.5) Total 14.5
In my head apart from the syns i thought everything that i had eaten today was free and all allowed on the extra easy plan - Can anyone enlighten me please? : )
