198g bacon 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp grated ginger 2 sticks of celery 1 large potato diced 1 large carrot diced 908ml stock or water 1tbsp curry powder 127g dried lentils 6 plum tomatoes 2/3 tbsp corriander salt and pepper.
1 fry bacon for 2/3 mins add veg and fry for 1/2 mins more
2 Add all other ingredients except corriander and seasoning cover and simmer for for 15/20 mins.
3 stir in coriander and season.
