Extra Easy - first day of trying it - does it work and am I doing it right

I have not yet been to a class to have it properly explained to be but I think I have the concept right - free foods from red and green plus 1 x each healthy extra but you must eat plenty of superfree foods during the day too?

Please can someone tell me if this is right or wrong. I feel very full and have not had any syns today (unusual as I do have about 12 a day).

Superfree foods - mushrooms, plums, pear, strawberries.

Free - bacon, egg, baked beans, tinned toms; spag bol (mince, onion, garlic, more mushrooms, passata, more tinned toms and spaghetti) and grapes.

Hex A - milk
Hex b - 2 weetabix

Have I got it right?
 
This seems spot on to me! I started on Monday but I'm not going to classes, got the books off a friend and trying to do it myself at home! From what I've read and gathered from the books ans on here your on the right track!!!
 
Looking good!! The rule with the superfree is to incorporate 1/3 into your meals, to leave less room for the higher calorie free foods on your plate.
