Extra Easy, Green or Red?

I've been doing EE every day so far but was just wondering about the Green and Red days.
Does anyone follow just red or just green or do you mix them up? And which one works best? Or is that more of a "what works best for you" scenario?
Just curious to know if mixing it up gets better results.

Hi I am now at target and got there doing the red and green plans as I dont like salad and a bit fussy on veg. I love fruit though. I think all the plans work, well they must do as I got to target and lost 2.5 stone on red and green. What suits one doesnt necessarily suit all. They only promote the ee plan, which really does bug me. Why not try a mix of all three to vary things. On the red and green plans remember you can have up to two A choices, and you have to have 2 B choices. Yum hope this helps :)

I love green days!! Love eating the vegetarian way. However, I do put an extra easy day in there once or twice a week as its easier to eat out with extra easy as I do eat some meat.

Loads of vegetarians on here who only do green and lose really well, also some people just do red days and do well also. The choice is yours!! All 3 plans work x

I only do green and I've lost 4 stone in less than a year so it definitely works! Love my green days <3

Best thing is to experiment with all three and see what you get on with best - or just keep on doing a mix of all three to keep things interesting :)

Ok thanks for all your advice.
I have followed EE simply because that was what they promoted to me, I do like meat but I used to be a vegetarian so I do like the Quorn stuff too, I think I may try a mix of days, just because it makes it more interesting.
I just have to remember what day I'm on haha!!

I usually do green with some extra easy if I fancy meat. I just restarted and tried doing extra easy every day and it was sending me mad without my two heb every day so after about 3 days I've changed back to green. I'm not veggie however I mostly eat meat free 'meat'. Basically the only time I eat meat is when I have roast at my parents or spag Bol.

i find even if i do an extra easy day, only one meal contains meat lol green days are so much cheaper to shop for too!! i love meat free mince, use quorn and asdas own. also asda or tesco meat free burgers are lovely. linda mcartney sausages win hands down for me personally, theyre not a meaty textured sausage but i find them nicer than the meat substitute sausages x

i find i lose more doing more green days. some weeks if ive done more extra easy, i seem to lose a bit less than normal!! strange what our bodies get used to. mine seems to like loads of pasta and carbs lol x

That's interesting- my body doesn't like carbs, it seems to prefer salads and fruit.
I'm thinking of doing Green when I'm round my mums for dinner as my dad is a vegetarian and mum does everything with Quorn so I never actually eat any meat those days!!
I used to be a vegetarian and my husband hates any meat substitute, so it would mean cooking 2 separate meals again, thinking about cost...

honestly, i eat loads of pasta and potatoes, mugshots and savoury rice too and i lose pretty well. we're all different lol x

yeh the meat substitute stuff isnt for everyone, i can see why some people dont like it, especially real meat lovers!! but i like it. the quorn chicken style nuggets are beautiful x

I really like the meat substitute stuff but my husband is more of the " if it isn't real meat I don't want it" type! I'm sure he thinks he's a caveman- he can often be found destroying the rest of the roast chicken the next day, with a leg in each hand lol!!
And there is so much more choice now for veggies, I may have to cook something using Quorn and see if he can tell the difference lol x

Quorn!!!!!!! Eugh I have an intollerance to it and so does my bro in law. Makes us both icky sick, in fact he had to have two days off work he was so poorly. Shudder :(

I read somewhere once that a lot of people cant tolerate it, something to do with the fungi its made from. We should start up a "quorn intollerance society" ha ha !:(
I tend to eat 'Meat free' rather than quorn. So much nicer.
