Extra Easy, Green, Red?? help needed please

Hi there, ive looked about for a thread regarding this post but cant seem to come across one but if im wrong please feel free to point me in the right direction lol sorry if ive missed it.

ive recently re joined group and i was just wondering what plan the majority of people follow and how well they get on?? thanks for any replies x

There are lots of threads about this but the answer is always the same. People do the plan that suits them the best. All the plans work equally well, you just need to find the one that fits best with your lifestyle and the foods you like to eat. Lots of people do EE and that's probably where most people start unless they are vegetarian. But loads of people still do red and green as well.
