Can anyone help??
What ham can i buy from asda??
Silly question i know but can it be any Ham or does it have to be from the deli counter??

You can have any ham but make sure its lean ie cut off all visible fat like you would with any free lean meat

Check the ingredients on the label. Some cheaper hams have additives and fillers to bulk out the meat.
