Extra Easy: Healthy extra cheese help please

Hi all! On the healthy extra A front it says you can have 30g cheddar cheese. I love Applewood smoked cheddar cheese - would this count?

I have asked my consultant but not heard back and i have just gone ahead and had it for lunch.

It is cheddar but wondering if the smoked flavour adds syns?

Does anyone know please?
