extra easy healthy extras....?

hi there,am thinking of trying the extra easy plan....i know u can only have 1 of hea and 1 of heb...but are these extras diff from a red and green day? many thanks

The HE's are the same apart from the extended green/red HE's. So basicly pages 21-25 in the food optimising book.
