Some great advice here... it's all about upping the superfree, weighing the healthy extras, counting the syns and making sure you're drinking plenty of water.

If you're doing all of the above and the scales aren't shifting, it might be worth checking out a group and having a proper chat with a consultant.

I see you don't update your stats and you haven't mentioned your weight in any posts. It might be that if you're a healthy BMI already, it can be that little bit harder to shift the pounds!

Lots of great advice here. Stick at it you're doing great. Up your water and superfree as mich as possible. Also start taking measurements. You will be stunned when you maintain on scales but loose inches, great motivator.
 
Hi I went to a class this morning. It all makes much more sence now! I definitely wasn't having enough super free! Think I'm going to stick to classes now instead of online.
