Just realised u can have more bread on the Red plan..., I just joined three weeks ago. Missing the sugar... Biscuits n bread! Not a big FOOD eater so struggling to even finish some meals. I just don't like food lol I don't eat what I should n eat plenty of wot I shouldn't. Potatoes. Blurgh. I live on toast so I'm really trying hard to change habits..,
Anyone any advice on which plan to choose?? Thxs
