I joined 6 weeks ago and EE is great.

I don't think you lose the weight as quickly with EE as you do with Red & Green but it is much closer to my 'normal' eating habits and I'm finding it quite easy to follow, most of the time ;)

EE uses the best of free foods from Green & Red and the lowest syns from each too.

I've only done EE and have found it fairly easy (no pun intended) to follow and it's not hard to accomodate into normal family meals. I only came to SW recently so never got my head round the original and green day thing.

My weight loss has been fine so far, but I do have quite a bit to lose.
