Extra easy roast potatoes and parsnips?

Any idea how to do them unusually cook them in olive oil x

Parboil the potatoes and put in roasting tray with the parsnips, spray with Frylight and roast. If you don't have any Frylight, measure out 1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss the veggies in that and Syn it.
