Extra Easy Extra Easy Virgin! Always do Green Days

succesfully, but am going to try extra easy this week! i mainly eat pasta n sauce, low fat noodles, mug shots for lunch, with fruit & yogs but always have to make a different tea for me and the children, as i can't eat me if on green or cant eat pots/pasta in abundance if on red so thought it would be easier from a family tea point of view! any tips would be great!

Hi :) I have lost the majority of my weight using Extra Easy, it is fantastic - an example of a red day lunch for me may be lean cooked ham, pease pudding and a large salad - that is completely free on EE.. you could also have savoury rice alongside this yum

Erm I like a nice roast dinner with a few potatoes and plenty of meat and veg using syns for gravy and maybe a few yorkshire puddings (3 syns for 28g cooked, in average that's 2 or 3! but you must weigh them in case)..

I like Joe's Sausages which are free on EE and red, they're expensive but it's lovely having syn free burgers or sausages with chips

Another example of an EE meal I adore is spaghetti bolognaise :) using extra lean mince, garlic, passata, garlic granules, herbs and two dashes of tabasco sauce... Argh this is making me hungry lol!

The Slimming World magazine usually has some fab ideas, I tried the bacon and mushroom penne recipe wow it was so simple and gorgeous - not to mention syn free ;) x
