extra easy, were do i find the syns

until i can get to my local group i am using a book a freind sent from jan 08

it has syns in it for red and green.. is the new book update with EE in it as well or is it one of the red or green??

If youre doing EE you take the lowest syn value from red and green and use it

I'd be careful..ive got last years food directory 2011, i joined slimming world club last week which gives you access to syn calulator..and the some of the syns in my book are totally changed to upto date syns online.

For Example : Batchelors Super Noodles

Beef - in book 3 1/2 syns 2011
Beef - online 10 syns 2012

Well over double as the recipe must have changed..and thats just for 1 product.

Beef supernoodles are indeed 10 syns on red or EE, only the low fat supernoodles are free and they don't do a beef one in low fat.

I think you are getting confused though - I have the directory from 2009, beef supernoodles - made up as directed, are 3.5syns per 100g on green and 9 syns on red. This would be 3.5 syns on EE (lowest value).


OP - you take the lowest red or green syn value for an EE syn value!
